Change Your Password

If you're logged into your account and you feel that your password could do with an update, follow these simple steps: 

1. Click your email address in the top bar
2. Select Account Details
3. Under My Account, click Manage my password
4. Enter your email and password
5. Select Change Password
6. Enter your current password
7. Enter a new password
8. Confirm your new password
9. Click Submit

Note: We cannot share passwords with anyone, even account owners. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgotten Password link in the Login portal.
