How to Cancel Your Subscription

Depending on where you're located, you may have been put on one of our two billing systems.

Below, we'll include the methods for cancelling your subscription for both Chargebee and LemonSqueezy:

Cancel your subscription (Chargebee)

You can cancel your current paid subscription by:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top bar
  2. Select Account Details
  3. Under Billing, click Manage Subscription
  4. Click your current subscription
  5. Select 'Cancel subscription'
  6. Confirm your selection

Note: After cancelling your subscription, your account will remain upgraded until the end of the original subscription period. But your subscription will not renew.

Cancel your subscription (LemonSqueezy)

You can cancel your current paid subscription by:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top bar
  2. Select Account Details
  3. Under Billing, click Manage Subscription
  4. Log into your LemonSqueezy profile (or create one)
  5. Select 'Cancel subscription'
  6. Confirm your selection

Note: After cancelling your subscription, your account will remain upgraded until the end of the original subscription period. But your subscription will not renew.
