Data Ownership

'This Application' is the owner of the tools used to create surveys and analyze data. Who we consider being the owner account data is dependent on the plan a user is subscribed to.

Individual Plans:

If you are subscribed to a plan intended for personal use, and you have not joined the Organization (Team) of another user, then the email address listed in the My Account section of the Application is considered the owner of that account and the information created and collected using 'This Application'.

Team Plans:

When subscribed to a team plan (those which include additional users), the data ownership for all team users is transferred to the primary user for the Organization. The primary user would be the account that pays for the subscription and is the admin for their organization.

All FreeOnlineSurveys and KwikSurveys accounts are meant for use by one person and sharing accounts is against our Terms and Conditions.
