Test Email Sending Limits

Sending test emails is essential to see how your campaign will be displayed, but there are some limits to be aware of.

Why there are limits on test emails

The email address that a test email is sent to is not required to be listed in one of your contact groups. We do this so you don't have to use up your own email address (or a testing address) as one of your contacts. Instead, we've applied a limit to the number of email addresses that tests can be sent to. This is to prevent spammers from abusing this feature and avoiding uploading a clean email list.

Test sending limits

We limit the number of email addresses that test emails can be sent to within an hour.

You can send test emails to up to 5 email addresses per hour for a campaign.

If you exceed this limit, your account will be put into manual review.
