Welcome Message
When you create a new survey, we'll automatically add a welcome section where you can greet your respondents or provide any relevant information they may need before starting.
This section acts like any other question or content item in your survey.
You can add text to both the heading and description fields, insert hyperlinks and add emojis to really make this section your own.
How to add a welcome section
As we covered above, we'll automatically add a welcome section for you. But if you remove it and decide you'd like to add it back in the future, here's how:
- Open the Forms menu in the left sidebar
- Click New question
- Select Heading / Greeting
You can then move this to it's own page or section.
How to add a welcome section
You can remove the welcome message the same way you would delete questions in your survey or quiz, by:
- Open the Forms menu in the left sidebar
- Hover over the item you'd like to delete
- Click the X icon
- Select Delete this item
This action can't be undone, so make sure you're completely sure about this choice before hitting that delete button.
